30 day returns and refunds for eligible orders.

Return window

Customers may request a return or refund within 30 days of purchase. To start a request, contact ArtCrafta at info@artcrafta.com with the order number, customer name, item details, and the reason for the request.

Eligible items

• Items should be returned in unused condition when possible.
• Items should include original packaging, labels, accessories, and included materials when available.
• Products that arrive damaged or incorrect should be reported as soon as possible with photos.

Refunds

Once a return is received and reviewed, ArtCrafta will notify the customer whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method through the payment processor.

Original shipping charges may not be refundable unless the issue was caused by an incorrect, defective, or damaged item.

Exchanges

If the customer wants a replacement item, ArtCrafta may offer an exchange when inventory is available.
